RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN PERIOD:

• 30 days from delivery date

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

RETURN PROCESS:

2. Include order number, photos, and reason for return

3. We'll coordinate return with our supplier partners

REFUNDS:

• Full refund processed within 7-14 business days after return approval

• Return shipping costs may apply depending on reason

• Defective items: full refund including return shipping

• Custom orders cannot be returned unless defective
